This Privacy Policy explains how ABONY LLC ("ABONY", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use pay.abony.us and our online consulting services.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number and billing address.
- Payment details, which are collected and processed directly by our payment processors, Stripe and Square. We receive only limited information such as the card brand, last four digits and payment status.
- Information you share with your consultant during sessions or by email.
2. How we use it
To process payments, send receipts, schedule and deliver sessions, respond to your questions, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run our business, such as Stripe and Square (payments), our email provider and video-call platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), or when required by law. Information is shared electronically through these providers' secure systems and only to the extent needed for them to perform their services.
4. How we protect your information
All pages on pay.abony.us are served over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Card payments are handled by Stripe and Square, PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processors, so your full card number never reaches our servers. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to deliver the services, and accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
5. Retention
We keep payment and transaction records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as needed to provide the services.
6. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe and Square may set cookies necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@abony.us, subject to records we must keep by law.
