These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of services from ABONY LLC ("ABONY", "we", "us"), a limited liability company located at 412 N Main St #100, Buffalo, WY 82834, United States. By making a payment on pay.abony.us you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ABONY provides one-on-one business consulting delivered entirely online via video call (Zoom or Google Meet), covering business strategy, operations, sales growth and financial planning. Each package includes a stated number of 30-minute online sessions and the deliverables described on our services page. Bespoke Packages are billed at the amount agreed with your consultant before payment. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Square; ABONY does not receive or store your full card details. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

3. Delivery and scheduling

After payment we email you within 1 business day to schedule your sessions. Sessions should be used within 90 days of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours' notice by email.

4. Refunds and cancellations

All payments are final and non-refundable, as described in our Refund & cancellation policy. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected upon request to info@abony.us.

5. Nature of advice

Our consulting is general business advice based on information you provide. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and results are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your business decisions.

6. Confidentiality

We keep information you share during sessions confidential and use it only to provide the services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABONY's total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for them. ABONY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
